NCIX Company Restructuring

  • Hi Everyone,

    With the amount of inquiries about it, we figured it's time to write a formal post.

    As many of you have noticed, NCIX is currently going through a restructuring to give us more flexibility to compete in the online market. This has lead to some store closures and refocusing our resources for online sales, as well as prioritizing our more high traffic locations.

    While the restructuring continues, some shipping delays may occur, but we are working hard to ship out all orders as soon as possible. I will be here in the forums to help you as best I can, but if you have any questions or concerns about your orders please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

  • I'd be glad to use your company going forward, but I'm cancelling my order with Visa right now. No call back in 24 hours, got hung up on 4 times today. Nobody responds in messenger.

  • Called visa and had them reverse my charge, you guys made pickup requests for stores that were closed days before Black Friday, that’s dirty business. I called and requested a callback 1 week ago, still haven’t heard anything. If your going to close stores then make sure you disable the pickup functions, and if your going to require all pickups to go to Richmond, you should be sending out an auto email to your customers. This has been a horrible closure for your business, and your lack of information had made it worse.

  • I placed an order with 9388 points, and paid the amount of $7.63 on Visa. I received an order confirmation for the $7.63 payment. Now I see on my credit card statement that $7.63 was charged, along with a 2nd $83.07 instead of points.

    Please cancel 4512037 and refund both VISA charges on invoice 10204537.
